SUNDAY RITUAL (90 MIN)
Through conscious and connected breathing, you create space to slow down, to feel, and to listen to your body’s natural way of communnicating. It’s a tool we all carry within us - yet often forget to use in our busy everyday life.
In this session, breath becomes a bridge. A way to access what is beneath the surface - emotions, patterns, or tension that may have been pushed aside over time.
A carefully designed, guided breath journey with curated music, soft movement, and moments of stillness. The session can feel grounding, activating, or deeply releasing bringing clarity, awareness, and a deeper connection to yourself.
SOUND BATH

Immerse yourself in the calming power of sound. Through the soothing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal bowls, you are guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness.
Combined with other carefully chosen instruments, the frequencies create a space where your body can unwind, your mind can settle, and your system can reset.
Research shows that sound healing can help balance the nervous system, reduce stress and tension, support better sleep and inner calm, improve focus and mental clarity, and promote a sense of grounding.
In addition, people experience a gentle sense of physical relaxation and restoration in the body, as the vibrations can help release tension and support the body’s natural healing processes.
